2nd post of the day!
ok i got another grade for enterprise skills i got a grade C i am so unhappy! my groupmate was with me and he GET AN A this is not fair another girl in my group also get an C isnt this werid?

ok here what she said for my team: An interesting way of presentation, group is able to understand the problem statement. The group zoomed right into finding the solution. Process can be more emphasized though. Conclusion to the problem can be better illustrated in writing to help the class understand.(this the whole group gets it)

and this only i will know as it an individual comment : Showed lots of interest in class, able to relate the problems to issues outside classroom. I will love to see her build up on her presentation skills and can perhaps one day help in class facilitation.

i was send thinking for long period of time over her comment to sink in!
as i know what she meant as i did a reflection journal that why she comment this way
but i still dont get why she graded me like a C why not a B the comment is a good one but why the grades defer? maybe it the presentation.
what really make me shock was the last line " can perhaps one day help in class facilitation!" and thinking
i guess she is commenting on a third person view haha the word "her" confused me at first!

i dont think i should paste my reflection journal reply hahah unless u think u want to read it and understand why she said that!

well one thing i notice this entire week which i even told my classmates in the conversation on msn what i observed.
i realised that day by day all of us are changing or improving!
it like the way we talk, the way we do our presentation slides and present it is all changing. and those ppl who are not vocal are becoming vocal.
i just cant believe after reading what miss alancia wrote i realised so much stuff as i was send thinking abt the whole week.
and this is only the first week of schoool and i can aready see this !!!
anyone interested in what i wrote in my RJ(reflection journal) let me know cause it very private and personal as grades would be determind on RJ too and my classmates dont have my blog addy but still ya i can give u see hahaha what i wrote for this topic ( How can I apply or use some of the knowledge or skills I have gained?)

one thing i forget to add why is RJ important. RJ is the only way the facilitator could see what u are thinking or how far u understand what u learnt? something like that
