WHAT UP?
hahah i am back... i cant sleep now even tho i am feeling very trash by the training hehe u know what my day have been really a happy one so since people make it my day i am gonna make it whose every is reading day too but telling u crazy and funny stuff that happen during my training.

first thing haha well was late for training by 17 mins due to traffic jam hehe wont talk abt the traffic jam got into a little debate with my dad.

ok when i reach there most of the people are there. they did their warm up with my instructor so i did my own warm-up and join them later. it was really tiring haha..

after the FUll warmup including streching,running,physical training .we then move on to the real deal. hehe i gear up two people with my body protector. (gonna show pictures so u shall understand)

and with the headgear haha the girls complain haha well those who have not wear it before have to get use to it (for guys we will remove the cage haha TOO bad guys)
ps: this is what i really have and it my own haha.. from this entire set i only lag of 1 more groin guard(i didnt know girls have to wear groin guards too so i didnt get) and 2 pairs of boxing gloves.

ok the funny thing is when 3 black belts get together hahah they become paparrazi team during the breaks haha i was not aware of what is going on till my bro and lance told me abt scandal of mark with charlene which i was laughing so badly as IT mark again the target so they act it out to be what happen where i find it rather amusing here is what happen.
one lesson after training charlene was downstair walking and suddenly a guy walk pass her and he is like VERY far away from her and mark grab her and say BECAREFUL...! so with my brother and lance hahah they exaggerate the whole thing haha.. it always funny seeing them react the whole scene with actions of charlene falling into mark's arms haaha it's really gay haaha...

that is 1 part.
the next thing is during the air bag training . ben remove his head gear so my instructor said to him:" BEN WHY DID U REMOVE YOUR HEAD?"
ben replied him: "it drop off"

I was standing at the back all the time laughing so badly that ben even replied him hahhaa and not knowing what he answer and my instructor didnt know what question he ask as he know ben knew what he was talking about which is hIS head gear haha... wen rui and me was laughing at the back hahaha.... after the whole training i told my instructor what he said and he laughed too...

this entire training the paparazzi team 3 of us consist of my bro,lance and me haha are all equal status higher than anyone except my instructor. well he is our instructor but in the actual fact he is the chief instructor. we got so use to call him instructor that we cant change but anyway he is still our instructor even tho we are instructor ourself haha.. which means today's training consist of the lowest a yellow belt highest black belt who is taking part in the competition for me. Lucky i am not fighting the actual day but i still will go there help out and train at the same time .

After the whole training instructor lester and us when for dinner around 9+ to 10+pm. at the coffeeshop we all end up teasing Mark from the training centre all the way to the coffeeshop and hahah NON-stop teasing. even my instructor also did tease him.

Background story of mark:
last year it was this girl he like at our training centre hahaha all the black belt knew hahaa.. and everyone will laugh or tease him by saying her name. which until my instructor knows it too haha.. then this time it was the charlene case the black belt didnt started it.
it was wen rui who did it and haha it spread among us haha It always the black belt who blows it big full scale right? hahah yes u are right we did hahhaa.... now 2007 new target to tease mark... guess who CHARLENE haha... poor thing ... (just count mark lucky as today not the whole class is here haha and all the blacky are there so not so bad hahaha)

hehe now i guess i cant feel the fatigue coming in from the training muscles are starting to ach ok good night and see ya..
